If the grinder does not start after pressing the ON/OFF button, ensure that the power cord is plugged into an outlet.
If the screen displays "E1" and the three buttons on the machine cannot work, the grinder has overheated. Unplug it, let it cool for 10 minutes, and then try using it again.
If the motor starts but no ground coffee comes from the grind outlet or the grinder stops abruptly during operation, there may be a foreign object blocking the grinder. Turn it off, unplug it, remove the bean hopper, inspect the burrs, and remove any foreign body. Clean the burrs and chute.
