Designed for busy mornings or entertaining guests, this espresso machine boasts a quick 30-second preheating system and automatic stop when the desired amount of espresso is reached. Two independent thermostat controls allow you to adjust the temperature of the water and milk foam.

Included with the home espresso machine are a portafilter, double shot filter, single shot filter, and a scoop. For the best concentration, we recommend using two cups of 60ml/2oz, which is approximately 14g/2 spoons of coffee powder.

If you're unable to make coffee after using the steam function, it's likely because the machine was in an overheated state and needs to cool down for a while. You can press the steam button off, open the steam valve, and release some water through to help it cool down. The temperature screen may display "E-1" in this scenario.

Another issue that may arise is if the steam control knob has been left on. When turning on the machine, the steam preheat indicator will flash quickly, indicating that the steam control knob is not turned off. The solution is to turn the steam knob to the OFF position, and the temperature screen will display "E-2".

If the internal temperature is too high after using steam, wait for the machine to cool down or turn on the steam control knob to release hot water and cool it down (with a cup under the steam wand). The temperature screen may display "E-3" in this case.

If the temperature sensor is short-circuited or open, the temperature fuse is open, or there is a poor connection between the power board and the display board, please seek a solution from us.

Regarding the size of the carafe that can fit under the nozzles, a regular drinking glass may be too tall, but the base can be removed to accommodate taller glasses. However, it is still recommended to use specialized espresso cups for better results.
