Next, press the Steam button again, place the milk under the steam wand, and turn the knob to the ON position to begin frothing. When the desired temperature or milk foam is reached, turn the knob to the OFF position. Finally, use a damp cloth to wipe and push back the steam wand, then turn it to the ON position for 3 seconds to clear any remaining milk.
