How to Solve the Problem of Low Pressure? 1. The coffee grounds are too coarse. Please adjust the grinder setting to a finer setting. 2. There are not enough coffee grounds in the filter. Please add more coffee grounds, and make sure that the tamped coffee grounds reach the MAX line in the filter. 3. The coffee grounds are too loose. Please increase the amount of force applied when pressing down the coffee grounds with the tamper. 4. The coffee beans are under-baked or not fresh, please use fresh espresso coffee beans.
How to Solve the Problem that CLEAN GRINDER is Shown on LCD Display? If the CLEAN GRINDER is Shown on LCD Display, it means you need to clean the grinder. Follow the steps in the manual to disassemble, clean, and reassemble the grinder.
How to Set the Grinding Time? 1. Press the power button to turn on the machine. 2. Press the DOSE button to select the filter basket size, SINGLE or DOUBLE. 3. Turn the DOSE dial to change the grind time, clockwise to increase and anticlockwise to decrease. 4. If you need to pause the grinding process, push and release the portafilter. The machine will pause grinding, and the grind time stops counting down.
How to Program the Volume of Single or Double Espresso? 1. Press the MENU button to enter the main menu. 2. Use the DOSE dial to navigate through the menu to SINGLE or DOUBLE SHOT. 3. Press the DOSE dial to select the SINGLE or DOUBLE SHOT. 4. To stop the extraction at the desired level, press the single or double button again.
How to Set the Shot Temperature? 1. Press the MENU button to enter the main menu. 2. Use the DOSE dial to navigate through the menu, select SHOT TEMP then press the DOSE dial. 3. Turn the DOSE dial to select the shot temperature you want, then press the DOSE dial.
How to Solve the Problem that the LOCK GRINDER is Shown on LCD display? 1. The grinder may not be properly installed. Please remove and reinstall the grinder correctly. 2. The coffee distributor is not fully inserted in the grinder. Please re-install the coffee distributor.
